城之印象：如花绽放，生生不息
City Impression: Flowers Blooming with Energetic Life

项目地处 “北国春城”长春，落于朝阳经济开发区，大的地理文化环境就已让“保利城”自带“春城”之印象，经济开发区的具体位置则浇注给项目更强的城市生命力。长于曾经的工业城，项目保利城并没有如机械齿轮油渍般蔓延，而是如一朵花星状开放在“金色光芒间”，融于现在的自然春城，不失工业的历史沉淀，又饱具现代生命力，绽放于时空。
The project “Poly City” is located in Chaoyang Economic Development Zone in Changchun, the famous "Spring City of North China". The background geographical and cultural background gift "Poly City" with the impression of "Spring City", and the specific location of the economic development zone further endows the project with a strong city vitality.Born in this industrial background city, the project “Poly City” does not spread like the grease stains of mechanical gears, but as a flower blooming like stars in the "golden light", and grows up in harmony with the nowadays impression of natural spring city. It is equipped with both the industrial history and modern vitality, like a flower blooming in time and space.

进化中的“城”： 衔华佩实，意境融彻
“City” in Evolution: Flowers and Fruits Integrating Artistic Conception

以“生命成长”与“城市进化”为设计逻辑，理性描绘每个阶段和谐和完整，唯美感受生命力。既是一座“城”的生长与活力，也是一座城在时间和空间中融合进化。
It applies life growth as the design logic to rationally portray each stage in harmony and integrity, so as to perceive the aesthetical vitality. Not only it is a “City” growing up with vitality, but also a “City” evolving with integration of time and space.

借着生长向阳追光的植物本能，空间以设计语言与体量模拟植物光合下的变化：萌芽、成长、花开、硕果，空间动线生命成长阶段为逻辑，在设计上呼应各阶段的主体特征，于空间从进入接待区开始，就一起感知始于萌芽整个生命历程。
It simplifies life growth of plants into four stages: seed sprouting, seedling growing, flowers blooming and fruits harvesting, which are applied as the logic for different sections. From the very beginning of the entrance, visitors aware the design echoing to each life stage.

城市萌芽 
Entrance : City in Sprouting
呼应如扎根种子的破土萌芽，设计在入口前厅后以接待台作为视觉以及空间焦点。设置接待台为“种子萌芽源点”，在体块交错的墙体造型中，精心设计接待台以悬浮式似充满蓄势待发的生命力，立面大量环保材质光触媒营造出生命所需阳光之氛围，种子萌芽借以藤蔓之形蔓延向上，生命初发的张力瞬间震撼整个身体感知。
To echo a rooted seed in ground-breaking, the reception desk is designed to impress the visitors as a visual and spatial focal point behind the entrance vestibule. As the "seed germinating point", the reception desk, which is set in front of the walls with different crossing blocks, seems like floating and ready to shoot for life. It applies eco-protected photocatalyst to the wall to generate sun-like atmosphere, to guild the seedling spreading upward as vines. Standing here, visitors can sense the tension of life and its up-going strength.

灵感源于对硬装背景结构的呼应，镂空交错的造型结构，寓意着种子萌芽后交错的根系，设计师希望以这个装置完成前后结构上的呼应，同时做了镜面不锈钢效果，来折射背后照进来的光。

向光生长 
Time Corridor and Showing Section: Up-growing towards Light 
万物生长需要光，也需要时间。呼应蔓藤的生长，以光作为空间主要氛围元素，而成长过程化作时间长廊，地面刻度时间，光从天花顺延建筑不规则体块中散落于地。
Everything in grow needs light, as well as time. After experiencing the theme of "sprouting" in the reception area, visitors come to the theme area of "growing" in the sand table show area. In response to the growth of vines, lighting is the main atmosphere element here, and the growth course is interpreted as time corridor. It scales time period on the floor, with rich lighting scattering from the irregular blocks to enhance the concept of time.

柔和的自然光加氛围光，厚实坚硬的石材墙体，12米挑高长廊，墙体的直面和斜面，让光与影更变幻有趣。游走其中即能感受时间流淌，随光逐影变幻之中，视觉感受、身体感知、意识体知不自觉被调动。
Soft natural and ambient lighting, solid stone wall, corridor above 12 meters high, straight and inclined wall blocks, all of those produce rich and interesting light and shadow images. Walking through the changing of the light and shadow, visitors realize the passing of time. With the visual enjoyment, body awareness and mind consciousness, one is consciously mobilized.

奔涌而来的数字洪流，镌刻着过往工业大背景下的历史性年份数字，每个数字背后，凝结着时代事件的缩影 —— 1901年长春第一座火车站、1907年的春谊宾馆、1953年的第一汽车制造厂、1955年修建大屯机厂、1956年生产的第一辆汽车......

设计师从过往的荣光里，看见城市生长的无限未来。澎湃而来的数字字符，创造性地镌刻着城市发展的高光，引人进入历史画面的放映间，沉浸式体验时间流动的轨迹。
From the glorious past, it fortells the infinite future of city life. With the  Surging digital characters， it sculpts the highlights of city development in a crative way, which invite people to wonder in different historical scenes and immerse into experience of time trace. 

通往二层的旋转楼梯，以纯粹简净的线条造型，与轻盈而富有动感的节奏，于视觉感官层面将空间柔化。
It visually softens the space for better perception, through spiral staircase to the second floor, pure and simple modeling, and light but dynamic rhythm.

开放式展示沙盘区，墙面映射光影氛围效果，时间似乎被定格在此时此地。停驻在沙盘区，不由在心中构建这座城的现在，期许这座城的未来。
The sand table show area is set in an open display gesture. With the lighting atmosphere and shadow images projecting to the wall, it seems like time has been frozen in right here and right now. Pause in front of the show area, visitors can’t help to construct the city in mind for its current moment, and its future. 

城市之花 Chatting Aera: Flowers Blooming
种子萌芽、向光生长，终得花儿绮丽绽放，但一切都给予生长的土壤。
洽谈区的设计，呼应城市的工业历史沉淀，以“花放“为题，营造自然舒适的花语氛围，让交流自然而然。工业元素和自然美学是该空间设计的主要元素指导。
After sprouting and growing, it comes to flowering stage, but it all needs the soil for growth, which is the industrial history of the city. Here in chatting area, it integrates both the industrial elements and natural aesthetics to be the main design elements. With the theme of "flower blooming", it generates a natural atmosphere of flowering, which encourages visitors to communicate and chat. 

沉淀的工业历史、自然的艺术美学，动态的开合花放艺术装置，在花瓣的一开一合间有机融合，成为了空间的焦点。选用当地盛产的金属作为基本材料、提取自然的鲜花色彩、选以花瓣的形式进行艺术装置创造。并不仅仅是艺术装置，更是诠释城市人文沉淀以及其不断有机成长的生命力象征。
It makes the space an organic integrity with its industrial history, artistic aesthetics, and dynamic art installation of a flower. With the flower in its opening and closing, it becomes the visual focus of the space. Sourced from the flower, it de-composes in an artistic way and then re-compose by design techniques with numerous studies of each detail to get the best new shape, making use of local metals, natural colors and the flower petals. It is more than an art devise, but also a symbol of city history and life vitality in continuous and organic growth.

关于城市未来生活的美好形态，在空间中呈以抽象化的内凹结构 —— 即“趣味盒子”的隐喻。
About the prospect of future urban life, it is embodied in the abstract concave structure: "fun box", as a metaphor.

设置在洽谈区的吧台，在形态上索引城市记忆，机械轴承既是工业的具象，又是时间的抽象。艺术水泥发光石既散发出水泥的工业感，且艺术光感落于沙发边几和展示柜，如清晨阳光洒落小草露珠所透出的晶莹剔透。
The bar counter, set as a chatting area, indexes the city memories through various forms. The mechanical bearing, is the concrete image of industry, but also the abstraction of time. Artistic cement luminescent stone, is a trace of industry, but also a sense of art lighting down to the sofa and cabinet, reminding a picture  of crystal dew on the grass in the morning sunlight.

工业的质朴感有机融进整体空间所营造的自然美感，在天花上延续，在沙发及长桌上以材质上呼应。
It harmoniously integrated the simple and unadorned industrial feature into the natural beauty, extending to  the ceiling and material for the sofa and long table.

呼应《向阳之蕊》装置的灵感构思，衍生而来。花是光的载体，在光合作用下绽放。水泥隐喻着城市建设的过程，而花与光的共生，则是自然的哲学。以废旧机械零件组装，以水泥浇筑，成品花瓣上露出钢丝骨架，试图透过一种未完成的状态，映喻城市发展的过渡，赞颂城市进化的生命力。
It is inspired from the device of "The Core of the Sun". Flowers are light carriers and bloom under photosynthesis. Cement is a metaphor for the process of urban construction, while the symbiosis of flower and light is the nature. With the used machinery parts to be casted in cement, and the exposed structure of the finished petals, it tries to convey a viewpoint through this unfinished state to the transition of urban development and the vitality of city evolution. 

游走至儿童游乐区，设计师有意延续土豹子IP的情感链接价值，从中提取橙、黄、黑的明朗色彩比例，搭建起一个快乐至上、活力至上的乐园。在“沉浸式”成为场景标配的当下，这里不止是一个由内而外散发着童趣因子的互动打卡地，更与城市个性相呼应，蔓延着徐徐生长的生命力。
To the children's play area, it tends to link the emotional values of the IP of the local leopard. By extracting the bright colors of orange, yellow and black in certain propotion, it builds up a paradise of happiness and vitality. The "immersed experience" makes it more than an interactive playground, but also a place showing the urban personality and growing vitality.

为加强空间的亲切感以及趣味性，设计在空间引入以当地汽车修理工为原型的土豹子IP，提取土豹子IP特有的工装裤、维修工具等元素，融入现代科技稍做艺术创作，既保留时代感，又不丢童真。浮动光影之中，土豹子也变得鲜活。
It introduces local leopard IP to the children's area to enhance space fun and consistency. It takes the unique overalls, maintenance tools and other elements of the IP, with modern techniques for artistic creation, it retains the sense of the Times, but also the purity of innocence.

共享舞台 成果乐享 
Leisure Area and Sharing Stage: Fruits Bearing and Sharing

开花结果，硕果丰盈。作为生命成长阶段的“果”，更多是在于“传”。二层空间设计更多考量的是共享性和公共性，借超长飘台之优势，以落地玻璃弱化室内外边界，在视觉上引入室外景观，朝气蓬勃的阳光透过玻璃让空间变得温暖。
It has flowers bloomed and then fruits beard. Be the "fruit" of life, it is more about "sharing". For the space on the second floor,it considers more about sharing and public gathering. It turns the long floating platform into an advantage of space atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling glass to visually eliminate the boundary of the indoor and outdoor, and to direct the outdoor landscape as the indoor view. 

引入多种组合模式的艺术异形沙发，可灵活满足不同的活动需求和场景。
It further satisfies different needs by introducing a variety of artistic sofa which can be flexible combined for activities.
