·设计思路解析

1.北边空间面积偏小，不宜作为单独的使用空间，如何解决？

将该空间打开，作为整体开放式的区域，设计为阅读休闲区。

2.如何化解入户换鞋和储物的需求？

定制鞋柜，跟客厅电视柜相结合，尖锐处弧形过度，美观实用。

3.如何解决南北空间不通透，空间受限的问题？

打开阳台与客厅融合，扩大空间。

4.此处墙体较琐碎，寻找更好的办法解决？

拆除原琐碎的墙体，设计为移门。

5.如何解决西北角阳台面积偏小，如作为单独的使用间，利用率低，体验感较差的问题？卫生间面积偏小，怎样提高舒适感？

原卫生间与阳台合二为一，实现三式分离设计：台盆干区、独 立马桶间、独立淋浴间，方便实用的 同时舒适性更高。

6.主卧，卫生间，阳台功能应重新梳理，怎样更加符合业主实际需求及舒适性？

打开露台与卧室结合，设置主卧休闲区。拆除原有墙体，利用多余的墙体尺寸做衣柜，增加收纳空间，实用性增强。取消内卫，设计为梳妆台，收纳以及放置婴儿床的空间。

客户需求：

a. 氛围
—在简约时尚的基调中融入多元的设计元素； 
b. 功能
—在满足需求的情况下，希望有更多收纳和独立的阅读空间；
c. 喜好
—茶、阅读、旅行、摄影、个性玩具等；

d. 材质
—木材质感，石材质感，不锈钢/玻璃，布艺皮质；

本项目的设计风格为新都市风格，所谓的“新都市主义”，就是以现代为主体风格，尽量营造温馨休闲的氛围，并巧妙加入人文的符号，让现代空间更有温度和故事。

The design style of the project is the new urban style, the so-called "New Urbanism" , is to take the modern as the main style, try to create a warm and casual atmosphere, and skillfully add humanistic symbols, so that the modern space has more temperature and story.

光影是空间的灵魂，材质则是空间的表情。顺应光的方向，采用黑色不锈钢、长虹玻璃、石材，通过反射和折射，让空间的光影层次更丰富，木饰面则温润了整个空间。

Light and shadow are the soul of space, material is the expression of space. In accordance with the direction of light, we used stainless steel plate, glass, mirror, stone, through reflection and refraction, let the light and shadow level of the space more rich, the wood panel is warm and moist the whole space.

典雅的白灰色，带给空间温柔静谧。拭去疲惫与忧愁，高级灰色调的糅合，点缀木色，活跃了整个空间的氛围。

Elegant Beige brings a gentle silence to the space. Wipe off tired and melancholy, the mixture of advanced gray tone, embellish wood color, active the atmosphere of the whole space.

原木鞋柜绿色花束的简约搭配，透着灵动脱俗、简约清新的感觉。

The simple collocation of the green flower bouquet of the log porch table is vivid and free from vulgarity, simple and fresh feeling.

没有花里胡哨，也没有浓墨重彩，仅以简单而不失质感的空间设计，就给人带来一种宁静高贵的视觉感受。

There is no fancy modeling, there is no heavy color, only to simple and without losing the texture of the space design, to bring a quiet noble visual experience.

设计含蕴的单色系，这也是深受年轻人钟爱的“越简单越突出”的审美定律。在世间万物之中，归于纯粹，这也是生活原本的样子。

背后淡淡的绿色味道，打破整个书房的严肃，开放格和储物柜虚实结合。

光影随意洒落于床边，与精心调配的浅灰色和复古红搭配出简约质感。适度留白给予居者更多的想象，在未来的日子里，用爱与品位去慢慢填满。

卫生间的三分离实现了安全性强，减少因水花四溅地面积水而滑倒的可能性，提高卫生间实用效率，便于多人同时使用，而且能够隔绝气味和湿气，还可以延长设备使用寿命。简约的卫生间干区，壁挂马桶等处处都呈现出对生活细节的推敲。
